Thai Fusion’s roots trace back to Sinarack “Be” Macvilay, whose family recipes once defined Rising Sons Lao and Thai Cuisine. Through her cooking, Be not only raised four sons, but also nourished a community with warmth, care, and tradition. Her recipes became the heart and soul of the restaurant. Today, Thai Fusion is proudly led by Xuan Wang, a woman-owned local business owner originally from China. Xuan spent nine years living in Europe before settling in the United States, where she opened Trio Ramen and continued her journey of exploring food across cultures. When Xuan took over Thai Fusion, preserving Be’s family recipes was essential. Many of the dishes served today still come from Be’s kitchen, alongside new creations inspired by Xuan’s travels and culinary background. She believes food is a universal language — a way to share love, connect people, and serve the community.
